Healthy Christians, a registered business offers an online health/fitness platform. Outdoor activities and events may occur at certain times. Some of our Partners may also offer Gym or Studio Training.

When it comes to health and fitness, we believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, it will take time to learn, implement and maintain changes. Different programs give you options. 

Most results or substantial changes may occur in several weeks or longer. When working with clients, I (Linda Hoard, the owner) and our Team of Trainers, like to build from the ground up. 

Your plan will will be created by Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA Accredited), Diabetes Exercise Specialist & Weight Management Specialist as needed. We may also collaborate with other Health and Fitness Professionals as well.

We utilize a variety of exercises, lifestyle education and related resources to help you achieve healthier goals.

We're also adding the online Personal Protection Awareness Course (PPAC) with our Martial Arts Partners. (Dec. 2024)

Instead of handing you examples of meal plans or recipes, we believe you should educate yourself about proteins, carbs, fats and other health topics so that you understand for your entire LIFE.

If nothing else, take a course that teaches you this valuable information. It's available on some plans. You may also purchase it separately.

Our Premier Fitness & Entrepreneur Solutions Plan is very unique for certain individuals. It's a 3-month truly personalized fitness mentorship which includes Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, plus Business Growth Conversations and Solutions will also be discussed.
